The staff was super helpful and sweet, making our honeymoon extra special with a room that had an amazing view. The location next to Bryant Park and 5th avenue was ideal for exploring the city on foot. The hotel was spotless and the free Fresh Water station was a great touch, although I wished there was more info about the facilities provided in the room. 🌟

The cleanliness of the room was not up to standards. Despite being promised daily housekeeping, our room was only cleaned once during our four-night stay, leaving us with overflowing garbage cans and used towels.

The convenience of its location, with LaGuardia airport just 15 km away, made my stay extremely practical for my layover. the hotel's elegant interiors designed by Stonehill Taylor provided a comfortable and stylish environment.

The only minor inconvenience during my stay was the limited elevator access, with one of the two elevators being out of service. Although this caused some waiting time, I understand that it was likely a temporary issue and did not significantly impact my overall experience at the hotel.
